express and manage your feelings , which may be overwhelming , confusing and frightning.
Counselling is about giving yourself the
opportunity to gain awareness of your current situation ,
discovering that you have choices in your life , that you were unaware of before ,Couselling can help with your Current difficulties by

confronting and
resolving your problems, I have listed a few examples below;
- Feeling Depressed and confused , you may need to understand and make sense of what is happening.
- You may be the one that always supports others and when you need support theres no one there.
- Your life is fantastic , however you dont feel happy.
All of these things can be worked through in counselling, through the therapeutic relationship, where you will experience warmth , acceptance and a non-judgmental attitude, emotionally supporting you alongside your journey.
